From paddock to plate working together with farmers we have developed a long fed program which feeds the cattle over 400 days on grain and in a stress free environment. All our efforts culminate with a finished product that is the highest standard in quality and taste.

Dry aged beef is the oldest method of aging meat. Selected cuts of meat have been dry aged for a minimum of 21 days, giving the meat a nutty sweet and very flavourful taste.
