We are looking to fill the role of a Restaurant Supervisor for our Circular Quay site.

Candidates must have:

– Minimum 2-3 years hospitality experience managing teams of 15-40 people
– The ability to lead, mentor and train staff
– Drive sales and profitability
– Exceptional customer service skills
– Ability to adapt and learn quickly
– Ability to work well under pressure
– Strong administration skills
– Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly outgoing personality
– Manage costs and ensure budgets are achieved.
– Knowledge of Work, Health and Safety compliance
– Good food and wine knowledge is essential
– RSA
–  Police clearance
