Our wine list is thoughtfully curated with two key factors in mind:

1. prioritising boutique and premium producers for an exceptional selection; and
2. emphasising sustainability and environmental consciousness throughout.

We proudly feature wineries that prioritise sustainable farming practices, organic production methods, and biodynamic principles. The majority of wines on our list bear labels such as Sustainable, Organic, and Biodynamic.

Our goal is to provide guests with a delightful wine experience while supporting small and sought-after wineries.

In order to achieve certification as organic or biodynamic, the vineyards featured on our list have demonstrated a commitment to environmentally friendly practices. They have discontinued the use of pesticides or chemical fertilisers for a significant period before receiving their certification.
